Missing Max

The wonderful Max de Radigues, the fellow at CCS this year and an amazing cartoonist and friend (he also rules at skateboarding), just left Sunday to go back to Belgium. We miss him so much already. Check out his comics if you haven't already. He understands teenagers better than most people I know.

He drew this strip about his last couple days with us in Vermont. There I am giving him hugs...

Panel One of comic

So if you didn't already know, James Sturm, my ol' buddy and teacher and founder of the Center For Cartoon Studies, has been doing a biweekly comic column on about giving up the internet for 4 months. This week I have a strip on it. Check it out!

Page Eight!

My colors are all over the place. It's kind of a good experiment though...I'm working with a palette, but sometimes I want to be more pastelly and soft, and sometimes I want to be really bright.
